In the construction process of asphalt mixing plants, the engineering projects are often numerous and diverse, with frequent changes in equipment and personnel. The regular and orderly daily operation of asphalt mixing plant operators is an important guarantee to ensure that the equipment is always in good working condition.

Key points of operation

Before starting up every day, check whether the opening and closing of valves on the equipment are normal, and whether the oil pressure is normal;

There is a dedicated person to supervise and inspect the equipment during operation;

If inspectors discover any abnormal conditions in the equipment, they should promptly notify the staff in the operating room (such as abnormal sound, local high temperature, etc.);

4、 At the end of each day's work, it is necessary to maintain and upkeep the equipment, especially the bearings of the induced draft fan, vibrating screen, and mixer;

At the end of the work, it is necessary to clean the asphalt material in the discharge chute and the handling truck to prevent any impact on the work the next day;

Safety operating procedures

6、 During the operation of the conveyor belt, it is strictly prohibited to use shovels or sticks to dig or puncture the soil on the conveyor belt to prevent accidental entanglement and potential danger;

When using electric welding and gas cutting, keep away from flammable and explosive materials;

Eighth, in the event of an external malfunction, the operator should be notified promptly;
